The content screens for the hospital kiosk consisted of mostly graphics and narration. Within each content screen, at least one touch-action was provided to allow the user to make additional choices and to let them feel in control. On this particular screen, they can touch a leader to produce a larger image of the leader and hear about his or her credentials.
